The American University Game Lab and FableVision Studios (FableVision Learning’s sister company) will be hosting a conference on April 6-7, 2019 at AU in Washington, DC, that will explore innovative educational uses of games in library settings. The forum will bring together diverse stakeholders including leadership in school, public, and university libraries to provide best practices and future trends for games and game-based activities.

The Libraries, Games, and Play conference will bring together leaders and innovators who have created engaging games-based programs in libraries. Through our Game Scholars program, we will provide travel stipends to enable librarians, educators, and administrators to attend the conference and participate in conference sessions and the accompanying Showcase of innovative programs.
