Peter & Paul Reynolds to celebrate Universal Children’s Day with Bridgewater State University

Bridgewater State University's College of Education & Allied Studies, in collaboration with the Childhood Studies Minor Program and other academic and administrative departments on campus, is conducting a daylong celebration of the United Nations’ Universal Children’s Day on Friday, Nov. 18.

More than 200 schoolchildren from Brockton’s Huntington Elementary School will visit campus for inspirational readings by renown children’s authors and FableVision co-founders Paul and Peter H. Reynolds from their books, The Dot and Going Places.

The children will be treated to a series of activities and workshops conducted by the Department of Theater, the Department of Dance, the Bridgewater State University Police Department, the Department of Movement Arts, Health Promotion and Leisure Studies and FableVision, as well as a performance by the dance troupe Urban Renegades and the Wellesley High School a cappella group.
