This program looks amazing. As we work to develop global citizens the concept of visualization of mapping and then actually putting it into place seems like it would help students meet our definition of global competence. I am going to spread the word among our schools!
Thanks for continuing to promote creative solutions for key learning!!
The last time I was on the Tom Snyder website, I was appalled to discover Mapping the World by Heart missing! Imagine my delight, then, when I found it again completely by accident on FableVision while investigating another program! I had taught the program to my 8th grade niece and her friend whom I was homeschooling–when they entered public high school the next year, they were given full high school geography credit for their work. But even more important, the difference between the maps that the girls drew before starting and then after finishing the course was unbelievable. What a wonderful program!
